Guiding Principles:

P.L.U.R., Consent Culture, and Harm Reduction

Thoughtfully curated to elevate what matters most.

P.L.U.R. stands for Peace, Love, Unity, and Respect—core values that create safe, inclusive, and positive spaces for everyone. These values invite us to treat each other with kindness, empathy, and dignity in all interactions.

Consent Culture builds upon these principles by emphasizing the need for clear, enthusiastic, and ongoing agreement before any activity or interaction. Consent must always be freely given, informed, and mutual. If you don’t receive an enthusiastic “Yes!”, accept it as a “No!”. Consent violations will be taken seriously, with immediate removal from the event and possible bans from future gatherings. If you ever feel unsafe or witness a violation, please reach out to Margo, Kevin or event staff immediately for support.

Harm Reduction is about minimizing potential risks and harm while promoting safer outcomes, especially in situations involving personal health or behavior choices. It’s rooted in empathy, understanding, and non-judgmentally supporting people. It facilitates community connection while encouraging personal responsibility and respecting individual autonomy.

Together, P.L.U.R., Consent Culture, and Harm Reduction create a community where people connect authentically, communicate openly, and look out for one another. This is an intentional, shared experience, and we encourage you to be fully present—please use your phone away from the dance floor to stay engaged in the moment.

Lovefest Productions is committed to upholding these values and ensuring that all attendees feel safe and supported. If you need assistance or wish to be connected with community resources, don’t hesitate to contact Margo or Kevin during the event. We’re here to help!
